I do Wild Edible Outdoor classes spring, summer through late fall in Central Oklahoma.
Here you will find links to some of the very resources I use to aid in the identification of plants, animals and mushrooms.

Finally, I have added demo versions of my plant learning and K-12 learning modules for those interested.

Class Format: Walk Around Classes begin at 9am sharp, please arrive 5-10 minutes early for registration and introductions.
9-10am ~ 30 The Walk Around Lecture Time
10:30-11am - A Short Lab Style Exam (all materials are supplied) with prize for best score.
Questions, Comments, and closing time.
There is a simple disclaimer to sign before you may participate in Botanist Dave's Walk Around Lectures:
1) Botanist Dave is not liable for any accidents that may occur during the walk about.
2) Please turn cell phones to silent, and if you must take a call, please leave the group to do so.
3) You are free to use cell phones for photographing the plants, but I request no video is taken during the class.
4) Registration is $25 per person and must be paid in advance or before the class.
5) Children under 16 can attend free of charge but must stay with adult at all times.
Outdoor Classes are capped at 20 people and fill up quickly.
